This pack weighs approximately 61 pounds.  It has:  4lbs of T Bone Steak and/or Striploin Steak, 4lbs of Prime Rib Steak, 4 lbs of Top Sirloin Steak, 5 Lbs of Chuck Steak, 4lbs of Round and/or minute steak,  16 lbs (4x4lbs) of  beef Roast, 1x4lb pack of short ribs,  6 lbs (3x2lbs) of beef stew, and 12lbs of lean ground beef.
