The Cuck Roast is full of what we call marbling and some gristle, it is a great roast for making stampede beef, if cooked proper it will flake off and shred. The meat will be very tender.  We cut and wrap this roast 4-6 lbs.  Order this roast in multiples of 4 or 5 lbs and we will put it together as close as possible to your request.
