Chuck or Blade steak is a valued steak with wonderful flavour.  We cut these steaks 3/4 inch, they are 14-16 oz in size and wrapped two together.  They are priced per lb, just enter the amount of lbs in multiples of 2 and we will put it together as close as possible to your request.
